A video captures a North Carolina man pinned beneath a vehicle that fatally struck him on Tuesday morning on South Saunders Street at Pecan Road in Raleigh.
A video obtained by The North Carolina Beat shows what appears to be the man trapped underneath a van. In the footage, a tow truck can be seen lifting the van off the pedestrian, who is motionless.
An officer can then be seen pulling the motionless pedestrian from underneath the van.
