North Carolina Woman Called The N-Word In Traffic Near Pinehurst
A North Carolina woman was in traffic when a confrontation turned racist this week after an elderly white man called her the N-word during a roadside exchange — and she posted the video on Facebook.
According to the woman, identified on Facebook as Jacqueline Bloomfield, and in the comments, she said it happened in the Pinehurst, NC area.
In a Facebook post, Jacqueline asked the public for help identifying the man seen in the video.
“Hey there if there is anyone that can help identify this gentleman please inbox me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance,” she wrote.
The footage allegedly shows Jacqueline confronting the man after asking if there was a problem.
That’s when the unidentified man allegedly snapped and yelled:
“Shut the f*** up ni**er.”
Clearly stunned, Jacqueline asked the man again if there was a problem.
“Yeah you, you don’t know how to drive,” the man allegedly responded.
Jacqueline then fired back, pointing out that the man’s vehicle appeared to have damage while hers did not, suggesting he was the one who couldn’t drive.
But the confrontation didn’t stop.
The man allegedly continued screaming from his vehicle while holding up his cellphone and threatening to contact authorities and Jacqueline’s job.
“I’ve got you on camera. I’m going to report you to the police and your company. You’re a stupid f***ing driver,” the man allegedly yelled.
Before the encounter ended, the man reportedly delivered one final insult, telling Jacqueline:
“Have a nice day, b***h.”
The North Carolina Beat has not independently verified the full circumstances leading up to the confrontation. We reached out to Jacqueline for comment but she said “I have been advised not to speak on it now.”
