Chileeeeeeeeee…..a hot mess! Police also said that one of those men died overnight just feets away from where the 11-year-old son of the woman was sleeping. The mother, identified as Amy Marie Kemper, has been charged with one count of child neglect resulting in great bodily harm, according to court documents.
Sunday morning around 9:39 a.m., the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office and paramedics responded to a medical call at the Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Coast. Upon arrival, paramedics initiated life-saving techniques on a 60-year-old man who was unresponsive. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

When deputies spoke with Kemper, she stated that she had been residing in the hotel room with the deceased 60-year-old man and another 52-year-old man. Court documents also stated that Kemper had her 11-year-old son with her at the hotel. Police found marijuana, Viagra pills, burnt blunts, and a silver tray with a white powdery substance that appeared to be cocaine inside the room.
Court documents stated that “numerous sex toys were located in the bathroom and condom wrappers were located around the bed.” When police further questioned Kemper, she told them that she had met up with five men at a bar the night before and stayed until about 2 a.m. before she picked up her 11-year-old son from his grandmother’s house and returned to the hotel.
According to court documents, Kemper told police that they all dranked, smoked, and did cocaine until three of the men left, leaving her and the two remaining men to engage in group sex in the room.
DCF responded to the scene and took custody of the 11-year-old child. Kemper was arrested and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility for booking. Upon her release, she has been ordered to refrain from contacting her son until the conclusion of her case or until a subsequent court order is issued.
