Woman Calls Out ECU Health Formerly Known As Vidant Medical Center in Greenville Over Alleged Mistreatment of Woman

A woman has called out ECU Health, formerly known as Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, North Carolina, claiming the hospital is mishandling the care of Jamisha McCuller, who’s arm is gruesome and appears to be Necrotizing fasciitis. The photo is very graphic!

In a Facebook post on Monday, Jan 6, a user named “Dess Lee” expressed outrage, accusing the hospital of worsening McCuller’s condition. She also said the hospital allegedly cut McCuller’s arm off.

“The way Vidant Medical Center DOING Jamisha McCuller is really pissing me off… yโ€™all been doing this fucked up shit making mfkas worse or killing them,” Lee wrote.

She added, “If y’all see the condition my girl is in, that shit will bring tears to your eyes, even the hardest ones. It must be something somebody can do or help yโ€™all.”

While Leeโ€™s post garnered attention, it remains unclear what specific condition McCuller is being treated for, as Lee did not provide further details. Attempts to contact Lee for clarification went unanswered. The post also could no longer be found on her public profile.

Adding to the confusion, McCuller’s mother, Lortoria Warren, made a post on McCuller’s Facebook page, asking people to “please disregard the post about my daughter.” She clarified, “She is going through something devastating right now and would like your support by not calling, texting, and DMโ€™ing… just prayer for now. Please respect our wishes!”

Following this request, we refrained from contacting the family to learn more about Mcculler’s gruesome arm.

  1. I took my 8 month old baby there after heart surgery at Duke and 18 days later she was dead. The lack of care and listening to the parents of the patient is ridiculous. When trying to sue they said since I signed the sheet for treatment it was nothing that could be done. They cover for this hospital all the time. This is the second time I’ve lost a child to their lack of care
