Word On The Curb…Latavia McGee, the lying Mexico kidnapping survivor who still want us to believe that she went there for a tummy tuck rather than drugs, has pleaded guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

On February 17, according to warrants, Latavia Washington McGee was involved in a dispute as a mother when she took her minor child to an apartment complex on Spivey Street to fight another juvenile. However, an unidentified family member intervened and removed her from the situation.
Police warrants state that the Myrtle Beach Police Department responded to the apartment complex due to a disturbance. It was reported that McGee, along with her own mother, allegedly returned to the scene with her daughter(s).
According to a victim, they told the police that “the girls from the earlier fight had returned with their mother and grandmother.”
Police said the victim reported that, while he attempted to intervene in the altercation between the girls, the grandmother forcefully grabbed his shirt and struck him in the face. He then told the officer that the girl’s mother, referring to McGee,pulled a “small black pistol” from her purse and started waving it around.
McGee was arrested on April 15, 2023, and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and granted a $10,000 unsecured bond.
Horry County courts confirmed to The North Carolina Beat on Monday afternoon that McGee had pleaded guilty to the charges on November 15, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail or a $200 fine.
According to the clerk, if McGee doesn’t pay the $200 fine by 12 noon on December 15, 2023, then she must serve a 30-day sentence on weekends only.
Court records obtained by The North Carolina Beat show that McGee has an outstanding court cost of $580, in addition toher $200 fine.

Hopefully, she can sell some crack and earn $780 to pay off court fees, so she won’t have to spend her weekends in jail.
