Police in Washington, North Carolina, are actively searching for 16-year-old Quamir Razor, who is wanted for the murder and armed robbery of Shamari Parker, a 20-year-old man found shot dead inside a car on January 7, 2025.
Razor, who is believed to be involved in the shooting death of Parker, is still on the run. Police have already taken one suspect, 17-year-old Zaydrian Starkie from Chocowinity, NC, into custody. Starkie was arrested on Wednesday, January 8, and is currently being held in a juvenile detention facility.
The victim, Shamari Parker, was a leukemia survivor and in his last semester of college when the tragedy struck. A GoFundMe campaign has been set up to assist with his burial expenses.

The car Parker was driving reportedly crashed at the intersection of Bonner Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, where he was discovered shot dead.ย
