33-Year-Old Joshua Drake Hayes Accused of Trafficking His Own 13-Year-Old Daughter for Sex and Feeding Her Methamphetamine.
33-year-old Joshua Drake Hayes has been hit with a bombshell indictment for allegedly trafficking his own teenage daughter and pumping her with methamphetamine.
According to court documents reviewed by The North Carolina Beat, Hayes, faces multiple felonies including Human Trafficking of a Child Victim, Sexual Servitude, and Sell or Deliver Controlled Substance to a Minor 13 or Younger.
Hayes is accused of unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously recruiting, enticing, harboring, transporting, providing, patronizing, soliciting, or obtaining his 13-year-old daughter “with the intent that the child be held in involuntary servitude or sexual servitude.”
Prosecutors also say he delivered methamphetamine — a Schedule II drug — directly to the minor, knowing full well she was just 13 years old while he was a grown adult over 18.
The indictment came last Monday, May 11, 2026.
He’s in the Rockingham County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
Bond notes reveal Hayes is currently homeless, unemployed, and on parole.
He cannot have any contact with his daughter.
