Jamie Foxx sued for allegedly sticking hands in woman’s v****a and anus in 2015 at a NYC restaurant
Jamie Foxx is being accused of sexual assault by a woman in New York City back in 2015.

The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, states that the Oscar winner was at Catch NYC & Roof in August of 2015 when the plaintiff arrived around 11 p.m.
A few hours later, the unidentified woman and her friend, who were seated at a table next to Foxx, approached the actor and asked for a photo, to which he allegedly agreed. She claims that Foxx, who appeared intoxicated, responded with, “Sure, baby, anything for you.”
After taking some photos, the woman alleges that Foxx made inappropriate comments about her body and then allegedly began touching her inappropriately. She claims that there were several witnesses, including security guards, who saw the alleged assault but did nothing.
The woman alleges that Foxx then proceeded to assault her further by allegedly sliding his hands into her pants and putting his fingers on and inside her v****a and anus until her friend intervened.
As a result of the alleged assault, she claims to have suffered emotional distress and had to undergo medical treatment.
The plaintiff is seeking compensatory and punitive damages from Foxx and the restaurant.
