Alexandria Parker, the 12-year-old reported missing in Sneads Ferry, has been found safe after a community-wide search effort in Onslow County.
ONSLOW COUNTY, N.C. — A 12-year-old girl who was the subject of a community-wide search in eastern North Carolina has been located and is safe, according to authorities.
Alexandria Parker was last seen around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 2026, near Turkey Point Road in Sneads Ferry. The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office initially classified her as a runaway juvenile, with the direction of travel unknown.
On Wednesday, April 15, the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Parker has been found safe. In a statement, officials expressed gratitude to the public:
“Alexandria Parker has been found safe. Thank you to all the citizens who sent in tips through social media, our Sheriff’s Office App, and dispatch and assisted us in our search.”
