Early morning hours on Saturday, just before 6 a.m., Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office deputies rushed to a residence in the 4700 block of New Walkertown Road. That’s where they found 16-year-old Jayden Livingston and his dog both suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Tragically, both were pronounced dead at the scene.

In a Facebook post earlier Thursday, Jayden’s father, RJ Livingston, took to social media to call out Fowler Jr., saying he treated him like a son and even included a photo with him.

“It be the people right next to you… I treated him like a son, fed him, took him in, and for what?… so he could climb in my window and kill my son.”

Fowler Jr. made his first court appearance Wednesday and is currently being held without bond.
