In a press release, police say the woman was walking on a local street Sunday when an unidentified man driving a Dodge Charger pulled up and said he was investigating a robbery.

The man is said to have been wearing a ballistic vest with the word “POLICE” on the front.

When the woman refused to give the man information about her, he handcuffed her, took her information down, and left.
