Drunk man dragged and punched down flight of stairs at Russian Lady in Hartford
Word On The Curb…some lame a*s security guards at Russian Lady, a popular nightclub in Hartford, Connecticut, were caught on video assaulting an intoxicated customer. As a result, the police have decided to reopen the case.
According to the police, the incident occurred on November 4th when officers responded to a call about an assault at the Russian Lady. However, no charges were filed by the police.
A video of the incident circulating on social media has prompted authorities to re-examine the case, as it appears that witnesses initially provided false information.
In the video, it shows security guards dragging and punching a patron, who then falls down a flight of stairs and becomes motionless.

That night, when officers responded to the scene, security guards reported that the man was intoxicated and had fallendown the stairs.
“We were just made aware as a department of a video that surfaced. We viewed the video and determined it clearly paints a different picture of what happened here. This is going to be a very active investigation,” said Hartford Police Lt. Aaron Boisvert.
The Russian Lady has changed ownership several times over the years. They have operated under different principal proprietors and LLCs.
This is not the first time The Russian Lady has found itself in trouble.
Last year alone, they were fined $20,000 and had their liquor license suspended for four days due to 26 counts of selling alcohol to underage customers.
