A man from Greenville, North Carolina was taken into custody last Wednesday in connection with the reported killing of rapper Danger93, also known as Joseph Bell.
The individual in question is Noteilia Eckquawn Brown, aged 28, facing charges including first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, using a firearm to cause fear, and possessing a firearm as a convicted felon in the unfortunate incident that resulted in Bell‘s death and the severe injury of Travion McCain, who was also harmed in the shooting, as per legal records.
Bell, known by his stage name Danger93, is a popular rapper hailing from Smithfield, North Carolina.
Where did Rapper Danger93 get shot and killed at?
The Fayetteville Police Department reported that officers were called to Rumors Lounge on South Eastern Boulevard at approximately 1:09 a.m. on June 30, 2024, following reports of a shooting. Upon reaching the scene, law enforcement found two individuals with gunshot wounds, both of whom were promptly transported to a medical facility.
Regrettably, Bell, aged 28, succumbed to his injuries sustained during the shooting.
Police warrants indicate that a physical altercation broke out between rival groups near the club entrance, resulting in multiple gunshots being fired and hitting Bell and McCain.
Information from on Facebook indicated that an event was taking place at the lounge on that Saturday night, extending into the early hours of Sunday, but was shutdown by law enforcement.Â
Authorities stated that Brown was found in Knightdale, North Carolina last week and is currently in custody at Cumberland County jail with a secured bond of $1.05 million.
