Megan Thee Stallion Wins Lawsuit, Milagro Gramz Found Liable

MIAMI, F.L.– Megan Thee Stallion just collected a major W in Miami federal court, after a jury decided blogger Milagro Gramz went way too far with the AI-generated deepfake mess and a long, messy online campaign allegedly tied to convicted rapper Tory Lanez.

According to courtroom details, the jury came back holding Milagro liable for defamation, harassment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress—basically saying her digital antics weren’t “commentary” or “journalism,” but straight-up damage.

According to reports, the jury found Milagro responsible on all three claims, but the defamation count might get tossed later because Megan’s legal team forgot one procedural step — they didn’t warn Milagro before suing, which Florida law requires.

Even with that hiccup, the jury still hit her with $75,000 in damages, including punitive damages meant to send a message.

Blogger Milagro Gramz was found liable for defamation and harassment in the Megan Thee Stallion lawsuit after jurors determined she promoted a deepfake video and joined a coordinated online campaign linked to Tory Lanez.

Megan sued Milagro in October 2024, accusing her of pumping out a pornographic deepfake video and pushing false narratives that shredded Meg’s reputation and peace of mind.

During emotional testimony, Megan told jurors the smear campaign cost her at least four music deals — each worth about $1 million — and forced her into a $240,000 trauma therapy program just to mentally recover.

Jurors also heard how Milagro allegedly teamed up with Tory Lanez in the aftermath of the 2020 shooting, acting as a “paid surrogate” and using her platform to bully, harass, and mislead the public about the case. Lanez is currently serving 10 years in prison for shooting Megan in the foot.
