Jerral Ugene Wynn wanted by Florida authorities for exposing himself to middle school girls

Jerral Ugene Wynn is wanted by authorities in Florida after they say he exposed himself to middle school girls and grabbed one of their backpacks.

Police said they are looking for 23-year-old Wynn in connection with an incident on Friday morning in Sanford, a suburb outside of Orlando. According to the police, a group of three middle school girls was walking to their bus near 5th Street and Avocado Avenue when they noticed a man, later identified as Wynn, standing near a tree.

The girls told the police that Wynn exposed his penis and then started touching himself. When the girls walked away, Wynn followed them and grabbed one of the girls’ backpacks. The girl had to remove her backpack in order to escape, according to a news release from the Sanford police.

Afterward, the girls notified their parents about what had happened, prompting investigators to issue a warrant for Wynn’s arrest, as shown in the news release.

Detectives said that, based on the investigation, they believe that there may have been similar encounters with Wynn in the area that went unreported.

This type of behavior is nothing other than disgusting. Our children should be able to walk to school and never encounter a situation such as this one, Sanford Police Chief Cecil Smith said. I encourage anyone who knows of similar incidents to come forward. We need to get this man off our streets immediately before he victimizes another child.

Wynn is wanted on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior with a person under 13 years of age and attempted kidnapping.
