Raleigh Bath & Body Works theft
A Greenville woman is behind bars after being accused of participating in a coordinated theft ring that targeted Bath & Body Works stores in Raleigh, North Carolina—and let’s just say, her high and lifted up lacefront in the mugshot has also been brought in the conversation.
According to Raleigh authorities, 25-year-old Jynecia Arrington was arrested on Tuesday, April 22, and booked into the Pitt County Detention Center on multiple charges stemming from a series of high-value retail thefts.
Investigators allege that Arrington and a group of co-conspirators stole over $13,000 worth of merchandise, including popular items such as candles, body sprays, and lotions, from Bath & Body Works locations during three separate incidents on November 1, November 23, and November 25, 2024.
Court documents reveal Arrington has been charged with:
Six counts of felony conspiracy
Six counts of felony larceny
Misdemeanor conspiracy
Misdemeanor larceny
She is currently being held on a $250,000 bond.
Authorities say at least four other individuals were involved in the thefts. However, those suspects have not yet been publicly identified or charged.
