GloRilla Arrested On Drug Charges

Rapper GloRilla, real name Gloria Hallelujah Woods, found herself in handcuffs after a crazy turn of events unfolded at her crib in the St. Marlo subdivision near Atlanta.

On July 22, 2025, deputies from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office arrested the Memphis-born star after investigating a reported home burglary that quickly turned into a drug case.

Burglary Gone Left at 1:30 AM

Law enforcement responded to GloRilla’s home around 1:30 a.m. Saturday after reports that three suspects broke in and someone inside the house fired shots at the intruders. No injuries were reported.

Weed Smell Sparks Search Warrant

While securing the scene, deputies said they smelled marijuana, left, and came back with a search warrant. Inside was a “significant amount” of marijuana and a Schedule I controlled substance. GloRilla was with felony Possession of more than 1 ounce of marijuana and felony Possession of a Schedule I controlled substance.

GloRilla turned herself in on July 22, 2025, and faces two felony drug charges after police responded to a burglary and found marijuana and a schedule I drug.

She turned herself in to the Forsyth County Jail on Tuesday, July 22 and was released after posting a $22,000 bond, according TMZ.

Forsyth County Sheriff Responds

Sheriff Ron Freeman said:

“The homeowner is a victim of a serious crime… At the same time, we must continue to uphold and enforce the law in all aspects of this case.”

GloRilla’s Not New to This…

This ain’t her first rodeo with Georgia law enforcement. Back in April 2024, she was arrested in Gwinnett County for a DUI after allegedly refusing a breathalyzer and having weed and alcohol in the vehicle.
