Local rapper 10Cellphones, whose real name is Farran Harrison, has found himself behind bars once again. This time, the Charlotte-based artist is facing serious charges related to weapons of mass destruction, following an incident involving the alleged possession of illegal firearm components.
Harrison was arrested on Saturday, December 28, 2024, after authorities issued a warrant earlier this month for three counts of possessing weapons of mass destruction. The charges stem from an incident in April 2023, according to court documents.
The warrants accuse Harrison of possessing the following illegal items:
- A BLACK Infinite Product Solutions 14003 Fuel Filter Firearm Silencer
- A BLACK cylindrical device measuring 3/4 inches in overall length, also used as a firearm silencer
- A three-piece machine gun conversion Glock auto sear switch device
In other news, a video posted on Harrison’s Instagram account on December 22, 2024, shows him filling up the flamethrower, and igniting it in the streets. But, flamethrowers are perfectly legal in North Carolina.

Originally held on a $1 million bond, Harrison’s bond was reduced to $200,000 following a court appearance on Monday, December 30, 2024.
