Whew! The church gworls are NOT having a peaceful holy week.
Pastor Brian Carn, who recently pleaded guilty to obstructing the IRS, after prosecutors say he intentionally tried to block the government from collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid taxes — all while continuing to live comfortably off ministry money, is now trending again — but this time it’s not about the courtroom.
But he is clapping back at none other than church skit creator Lexi Allen.
HOW THIS ALL POPPED OFF
From what we gathered, the messiness started after Lexi Allen hopped on social media and posted a video of Carn going OFF on one of his musicians. In the clip, Carn is seen harshly criticizing the musician for not catching a note from a song he allegedly came up with on the spot.
Lexi wasn’t here for it — and she let it FLY.
LEXI ALLEN DRAGS CARN: “THIS IS NOT MINISTRY”
In her commentary, Lexi didn’t hold back at ALL, calling Carn out for what she described as arrogant behavior.
“Look how arrogant he is, and pompous,” Lexi said. “Try this in Detroit, Brian. He’s so rude.”
As the video continued, Lexi doubled down, blasting both Carn AND the churches that continue to book him.
“Anybody bringing this clown into your church, I’m looking at you with the side eye,” she said. “This is not ministry. Unbelievable. He’s been doing this for years, and you preachers keep bringing him in because he can raise money. He’s a clown. This is ridiculous.”
Oop!
She didn’t stop there either — Lexi also dragged the actual song being rehearsed, saying it “sucks” and even told the musicians to pack their things and leave.
Then came the warning shot…
“Brian Carn, you are rude. This is not real ministry. This is not the spirit of God — it’s deplorable. Come to Detroit with that, and we gon’ rock your world. We gon’ overwhelm you,” Lexi said.
BRIAN CARN CLAPS BACK: “NOBODY KNOWS YOU”
Carn hopped online and returned the energy — calling Lexi out by dragging her career and questioning her relevance.
“There’s a young lady who made it her business — the one who has a struggling music career — made it her business to talk about me and to bother me,” Carn said.
And it got even messier…
“We don’t know who you are,” he added.
Carn claims he went to Lexi’s page and wasn’t impressed.
“I went on your page to search your videos — you have 14,000 views, you have 12,000 views because God has called you to make skits,” Carn claimed.
Yikes.
He didn’t stop there either — accusing her of clout chasing and bitterness.
“You seem like a woman scorned. You are bitter. You’re full of malice and venom,” Carn said.
Carn also took a shot at Lexi’s education asking where is her undergrad…
