Court documents show the warrants were taken out by a woman named Izetta Wytta Howell. The warrants alleges that Arthur:

“Unlawfully and willfully did electronically communicate repeatedly for the purpose of abusing, annoying, harassing, and embarrassing” her.

Arthur was given a $1,000 secured bond and the court slapped him with a strict no-contact order, meaning he is legally barred from contacting Howell in any form.
