A third individual has been apprehended in connection with the fatal shooting of a 22-year-old college student at a residential complex in Raleigh earlier this month.

Isaiah Michael Anderson was the victim of the shooting incident that occurred on November 9 at Northridge Crossing Apartments on Highline Street.

He was a student at Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte.
Raleigh Police announced on Monday that a 17-year-old has been arrested and charged with murder, however, the identity of the individual has not been disclosed due to their status as a juvenile.
Kevin Lamar Bowser, 19, was previously taken into custody on November 13 and charged with murder, while Ta’evon Andrew Wilkins, 18, was arrested and charged with murder two days later.


The shooting remains under investigation.
