Fans were stunned as a bolt hit outside his home and sent a surge of electricity through his gaming setup, all while viewers watched in real time.

In a now-viral clip, the Twitch streamer struck by lightning can be seen reacting in horror as a blinding flash filled his screen, followed by a thunderous crack.

“Bro, I just got struck by lightning,” Chrispymate said when he returned. He later explained that he felt the electricity shoot through his earbuds, warning gamers about the real risks of playing during thunderstorms.
