Word On The Curb…Gospel sensation Tasha Page-Lockhart has allegedly pointed fingers at the legendary 84-year-old Bobby Jones, the former face of the beloved Bobby Jones Gospel show on BET, alleging that he crossed the line. This spicy news comes straight from an Atlanta blogger.
Lockhart hasn’t directly accused Bobby Jones of the incident, but according to William McCray III from Obnoxious Television, who spilled the tea on Instagram, it seems like he’s the one. McCray even suggested that Lockhart should just “let this go” and to not destroy Bobby Jones like “Dr. Bill Cosby.”
Now, I really didn’t want to drag this alleged creep Larry Reid from Larry Reid Live into the mix, but he did have a hand in how McCray got wind of Bobby Jones being the culprit who crossed the line with Lockhart.
On April 13, Larry Reid dropped a video on his YouTube channel claiming that Lockhart had been violated and that there were witnesses to back it up. In his video, the dull commentator mentioned reaching out to Lockhart via text about a video she had posted, and apparently, she confided in him about being a victim of a sexual assault.

Reid was left dumbfounded by the identity of the culprit, promising that the revelation would be nothing short of jaw-dropping. Adding to the drama, Reid insisted that a renowned “Gospel Legend” had witnessed the alleged assault. After reaching out to this Gospel Legend, Reid received confirmation that the assault unfolded exactly as Lockhart had described.
Skipping ahead to last week, Reid and McCray joined forces for a live show. During the broadcast, Reid told McCray that he would unveil the identity of the individual Lockhart had accused of groping her to him after the show.

Just two days later, McCray took to his Instagram to drop a bombshell, pointing fingers at Bobby Jones as the perpetrator. The post sparked a frenzy in the comments section, with users mercilessly roasting McCray for essentially dismissing Lockhart’s claims.

The backlash included jabs at Lockhart’s personal struggles, such as her battles with alcoholism, lack of a partner, and mental health issues, insinuating that her accusations were unfounded.
On that very day, Lockhart emerged with guns blazing in response to McCray, flat-out labeling him as untruthful. She adamantly declared that she would never fabricate a story of violation and insisted that she had not disclosed the identity of the individual who had touched her breast. Until she herself confirms it, she urged others not to lend credence to such claims.
