A North Carolina music producer is going viral, but not for his beats—42-year-old Ledarius Craddock Hicks is making headlines for all the wrong reasons. Court documents reveal Hicks is facing stomach-turning allegations of having an inappropriate relationship with his own daughter, dating back to 2017 and again in 2020.
According to official records, Hicks, a so-called music producer residing on Arckelton Dr. in Raleigh, was charged with allegedly having vaginalnl intercourse with K.H. (born 12/14/2002) between January 1, 2020, and October 5, 2020, as reported by UnpluggedTV. But that’s not all—another warrant alleges that Hicks had sex with his daughter on – December 14, 2017—her birthday—when she had just turned 15.
Authorities didn’t bring charges against Hicks until 2021, and despite the severity of the accusations, he managed to walk free on pretrial release. Raleigh producer charges daughter assault Under the court’s conditions, he was supposed to keep his nose clean while awaiting trial. But he didn’t.
Fast-forward to November 2024, and Hicks found himself back in jail—this time for trying to finesse an insurance company. Warrants claim he submitted fake receipts for $4,800 worth of camera equipment from Southeastern Camera, attempting to cash in on a fraudulent homeowners and renters insurance claim. However, investigators quickly caught his little scheme.
Hicks posted bond on the fraud charges, but the law wasn’t done with him yet. Since he was already out on pretrial release for the horrific charges involving his daughter, his fresh arrest was an instant violation. On January 10, 2025, authorities issued new warrants, and just two days later, Hicks was back behind bars, slapped with a $10,000 bond.
He has since bonded out and as part of his latest release conditions, Hicks has to wear an ankle monitor and is only allowed to leave home for work.

Sick man! Your own daughter! Fathers are supposed to protect their children, not abuse them. I hope she gets the help she needs. He needs prison.
