A teenage woman has been charged after police say she opened fire in the parking lot of the Patio Night Club—a Raleigh hotspot that’s now making headlines for two shootings in less than a month.
Second Shooting in Less Than 30 Days
Early Sunday morning, things took a dangerous turn outside Patio Night Club, located in the 3900 block of New Bern Avenue. According to warrants, 18-year-old Alexandria Nicole Stallins, of Ryan Street in Durham, was arrested in connection with a parking lot shooting.
This marks the second violent incident at the nightclub in less than 30 days. On August 9, 2025, two men were shot on the premises, leaving one dead.
Felony Charges Stack Up Against Teen Suspect
Police warrants obtained by The North Carolina Beat reveal that Stallins was charged with the following:
-
Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance (cocaine)
-
Discharge Firearm Within City Limits
-
Carrying a Concealed Weapon
-
Simple Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance (marijuana)
-
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor (<19)
Despite the serious charges, she was released on a written promise to appear in court.
