In a video on Wednesday, she went online to tell lies once again.She wanted to discuss Jaquan’s sworn statement, which has been inundating her phone. In the video, she wanted to know why Tory didn’t testify in court that Kelsey shot her.
But she didn’t want to talk about telling officers, who pulled them over the night of the shooting, that Tory shot her instead of lying and saying that she was cut by glass.
If Tory had really shot Megan, she would have told the truth from the beginning instead of changing her story multiple times.
“Y’all want to pretend that Kelsey shot me…Kelsey didn’t motherf***ing shoot me,” Megan said in her video.
Megan said that Kelsey’s issue with her was that she didn’t tell the world that Kelsey didn’t shoot her.

Then Megan accused Kelsey of either taking money or being in danger of her “life is in danger.” Then she redirected her question to Tory, asking why he didn’t testify that Kelsey shot her instead of him.

In his sworn statement, he stated that he, Megan, and Kelsey had left Kylie’s house. However, Megan later asked him to turn around because she claimed she had left a shoe at Kylie’s place.

But according to Jaquan’s sworn statement in the quotations above, he remembered Tory telling Megan that he was going to reveal what we now know is that he and Megan were in a sexual dating relationship.If you don’t recall, Tory and Kelsey were initially dating, but Kelsey had to leave Los Angeles and return to Texas where she caught Covid-19.
While she was away, Megan began to flirt with Tory.In the trial, Tory’s defense attorneys argued that he was apologizing on the jail phone call for exposing his sexual relationship with Megan in the car that night, which led to Kelsey pulling out a gun to shoot Megan.

The only eyewitness to the incident testified that he saw two women fighting, supporting Jaquan’s sworn statement.

“I broke up this fight and was pulling Ms. Pete toward the back of the car,” Smith said.
Jaquan Smith claimed to have seen “Ms. Harris with a gun in her hand.”
“Mr. Peterson and Ms. Harris began struggling as Mr. Peterson tried to unarm Ms. Harris, Smith said in his sworn statement.
He said that he was still holding Megan back and did not see who shot the weapon.
He was thankful that he was not harmed.

During her testimony in December 2022, Kelsey requested “use immunity,” which was granted. Use immunity protects the witness from having their own testimony used against them.
One noteworthy point in Jaquan’s statement is that he expressed his desire to present it at trial, but the prosecutors claimed that they were not prepared to cross-examine him.

Coty Allen Gales murdered months after making allegations of rape and pedophilia against people in Brunswick County, North Carolina

A man from North Carolina has been killed, and another man has been arrested for his murder. This comes just months after the victim posted on social media, accusing several individuals (whose names have been redacted by The North Carolina Beat) of rape and pedophilia.
It is unclear whether these postings led to the death of 30-year-old Coty Allen Gales, but the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office stated that they have arrested James Riley Spivey, 50, of Supply, North Carolina in Gale’s murder.

According to investigators, the incident took place around 8:50 p.m. on December 8 on Vacation Street in Supply and additional details about the shooting have not been released.
Reports indicate that Coty Allen Gales, died from a gunshot wound inflicted by a handgun.

The first public mention of Gales making these allegations was on July 26, when he posted two letters on social media, urging someone to investigate a cover-up involving rape and pedophilia allegations.

In another post, on October 12, he stated that he was going to the courthouse the following morning, saying, “Maybe somebody will report rape like I have been asking Brunswick County deputies and a lot more to do.”
Gales then said that if he mysteriously ended up dead, someone should investigate the names on his page that wished he was dead, because he keeps reporting them.

Thirty-seven days later, on November 18, Gales posted another social media status and said, “Somebody in this county needs to report these f***ing names I’m reporting from Brunswick County Sheriff Department.”
He then went on to list names which The North Carolina Beat has redacted. The allegations included sexual assault against a minor.

That same day, Gales made another social media post stating that the individuals he had accused of sexual assault were angry with him and he didn’t know who to turn to for help. He then listed the names. (We have redacted those names)

Spivey’s next court date is set for January 4, 2024.
Clayton County, Georgia jury finds Hannah Payne guilty of killing 62-year-old Kenneth Herring in 2019
A jury in Clayton County, Georgia, on Tuesday afternoon found 25-year-old Hannah Payne guilty of murder in the death of 62-year-old Kenneth Herring. She chased and hunted down Herring before shooting and killing him in May 2019.

Payne was charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
On Tuesday afternoon, the jurors found her guilty on all charges.

Her inexperienced defense attorney told jurors that Payne was instructed to obtain Herring’s license plate, which is why she followed him. Instead of accepting responsibility for her actions, Payne’s defense argued to the jury that Herring shot himself during a struggle with the gun.
The trial judge is scheduled to sentence Payne on Friday.
A TikTok user is alleging on his account that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was raided by federal authorities and reportedly had over 30 videos seized.

Arthur Flekk, whose bio describes him as a “Platinum Music Producer & CEO” and who has over 100,000 followers on TikTok, claimed in a video with over 150,000 views that he received a phone call about the Feds allegedly raiding the home of hip-hop mogul Diddy.

In the video, he played a voicemail left by an unidentified person.
“Man I feel sorry for Diddy,” the voicemail said.“The feds have went to his house…raided his house…while he is in London and his mother was there.”“They confiscated 32 videos and they are going through the footage to validate what Cassie said and others”, the voicemail continued.
The unidentified man in the voicemail expressed sympathy for “Puffy.” He said they were friends.
“But sometimes you got to pay the piper,” the unidentified man said in the voicemail.

Who accused Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexual assault
On November 16, Diddy’s former longtime partner and singer Cassie, whose birth name is Cassandra Ventura, filed a $30 million lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of raping and abusing her during their decade-long relationship.Cassie ended her relationship with Diddy in 2018, after it had been on-and-off since it began in 2007.
The next day, on November 17, Cassie released a statement announcing that she and the hip-hop mogul had settled her sexual assault claims in an undisclosed agreement.

In her lawsuit, the fourth victim alleged that Diddy, former Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre, and a third individual identified as the “Third Assailant” sex trafficked and gang-raped her when she was 17 years old.

A Florida man will spend the remainder of his life in prison for the murder of his 23-year-old ex-girlfriend in 2022.Police said the man shot his ex in the back 15 times because she ignored his phone calls and text messages.
On Wednesday, a circuit court judge sentenced Carlos L. Jones II to life in prison for the brutal murder of his ex-girlfriend, 23-year-old Sha’Dayla Johnson, according to online reports.

Court records show that Jones was indicted in January for first-degree murder, but jurors found him guilty on one count of second-degree murder while discharging a firearm causing death.

Around 7:48 p.m. on December 20, 2022, the Melbourne Police Department responded to a call about a female being shot in the 2000 block of Colbert Circle.Upon arrival, officers found Johnson injured in a carport.
Police said the way Johnson was shot by Jones appears to indicate that “she was shot as she was walking or running away from the perpetrator,” according to court documents.
Johnson’s father told investigators that he was in the living room, sitting in his recliner, while Johnson was getting ready for work.After she exited the front door on her way to work, he said he heard gunshots. He said he looked out the window and saw Jones, the man Johnson had been dating for the past five months outside.

The father said he saw Jones standing behind his daughter’s vehicle, staring in the direction of the house.Jones’ car was blocking Johnson’s car from leaving the driveway.When Johnson’s father got outside, he saw that Jones and the car were gone, and his daughter was lying face down in a pool of blood.
Investigators later learned that Johnson and Jones had broken up two weeks before the shooting.
Johnson’s father said that Jones had been calling and harassing his daughter, attempting to reconcile with her.
“Sha’Dayla Johnson refused to speak to Carlos Jones and ignored his calls and texts,” the affidavit states.
He turned himself in at the Palm Bay Police Department approximately three hours after the shooting, as stated in the affidavit.
Melbourne detectives said that Jones confessed, admitting that he intentionally shot Johnson using a semi-automatic pistol that he owned, and that the attack was premeditated.
The affidavit said Jones told investigators that he woke up “angry” on the morning of the murder because Johnson had been ignoring his calls and messages.
“Carlos Jones said it was that very moment when he decided he was going to shoot and kill Sha’Dayla [Johnson],” officers wrote.
NYPD looking for man who broke into woman’s apartment with “sexual motivation”
Authorities in New York are searching for a man who allegedly carried out a “sexually motivated” home invasion of an apartment in the East Village. The incident occurred while the female resident was asleep in her bed.
The NYPD said the man crept into bed with the woman while she was sleeping.
“The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the whereabouts of the depicted individual in connection with a sexually motivated burglary,” stated the NYPD in a press release.

After the suspect entered the home, the police reported that the burglar attempted to lie in the bed next to the 23-year-old victim.Police said the man woke up the woman, which caused him to flee from the location.

A teenager who had been held in a juvenile detention center since his arrest back in April for repeatedly stabbing his ex-girlfriend at Pinecrest High School in Moore County, North Carolina, will now be tried as an adult.
According to Moore County authorities, Christopher Tarter, who recently turned 18, was transferred to Moore County Jail on December 7 after being detained at a juvenile facility for several months.

Avery Slatcher stabbed multiple times at Pinecrest High School by ex-boyfriend Christopher Tarter
Police said on April 28, Avery Slatcher was allegedly stabbed repeatedly by her ex-boyfriend Tarter in the parking lot the high school.
Tarter has been charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a weapon on school property. His bond is set at $2 million bond.
Police said Slatcher was seriously injured in the stabbing and is recovering, according to WRAL. Shortly after the stabbing around 8:45 a.m., the school was put on lockdown.
Slatcher was airlifted to UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, where she was placed in ICU.
Students told local media that Slatcher and Tarter had been dating.
According to police, students helped detain the suspect until he was taken into custody.
“The suspect attempted to flee,” said Moore County School Police Chief Rodney Hardy. “Students began to restrict the movements of the person as he was trying to leave campus.”

A Texas high school basketball player was not happy with his football coach when he attacked him in the parking lot because he had been benched for unsportsmanlike conduct during a game that night.
According to the police, Jevin Allen, 17, and his brother Jarrick Allen, 22, who were both reportedly involved in the attack, were arrested on December 5 for assaulting Jevin’s coach. The coach sustained head injuries, as well as injuries to the neck, face, and arms.

Officials have refused to release the identity of the coach, who had reportedly benched Jevin during an away game. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office stated that the coach informed them that the player was benched “due to his behavior toward an opposing team player”.

Police said that after Jevin punched the coach, his brother Jarrick jumped in and the two started assaulting the coach together before bystanders stepped in.
After the alleged assault, the police said the brothers fled.
After reviewing surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses, deputies located and apprehended the brothers, who were charged with assaulting a public servant.
They were released from Montgomery County Jail after posting a $23,000 bond each.
