Human skeletal remains found in Harnett County last Monday have been identified as those of a 23-year-old man who had been missing for nearly two months.
On Thursday, Sheriff Wayne Coats announced that the remains belonged to Tyrone Taylor, a 23-year-old resident of Dunn, North Carolina.
During a press conference, Sheriff Coats announced that Daquan Seandre Thomas, the boyfriend of Tyrone’s sister, had been arrested and charged with murder in connection with Tyrone’s death.
The sheriff said that Daquan was dating Tynesha, Tyrone’s sister, and that he had previously been arrested on domestic violence charges against her.
