Megan Pete, known as Megan Thee Stallion, has launched a lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz, whose real name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper. The lawsuit appears to stem from the blogger’s commentary surrounding the tumultuous saga involving Megan and Tory Lanez.
I’ve been informed that I’m being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion:

We read the 24-page lawsuit, and were in shock by the audacity of attorney Alex Spiro, a prominent figure in the legal world, to pursue this case against Cooper. Much of the lawsuit’s foundation rests on court reports and information Cooper gathered during the criminal trial, as well as information from attorneys representing Tory in his ongoing appeal. Alex Spiro: Campaign of harassment and cyberbullying
Spiro, has characterized Cooper’s reporting as a “campaign of harassment and cyberbullying” linked to Lanez’s conviction for shooting Megan in 2022. He said Cooper was a “mouthpiece” for Tory, alleging that she has been perpetuating falsehoods about Megan to her social media audience.
It seems Megan is frustrated that not everyone is supporting her, with some believing she fabricated her story because she’s a woman scorned. Spiro went on to add that Cooper and her fellow bloggers are on a mission to to take Megan down, regardless of the truth.
What will be interesting, is to see how Megan plans to show that Cooper‘s actions were anything but an exercise of her constitutional right to report on the criminal proceedings involving her and Tory.
Spiro further claimed that since Tory’s indictment in 2020 for felony assault, Cooper has been doing his bidding by spreading defamatory statements about Megan, all in an effort to punish her for Tory’s conviction and damage her reputation, as well as causing her emotional distress.
“Since Mr. Peterson was indicted in 2020 for felony assault with a deadly weapon after shooting Ms. Pete, to his later conviction in December 2022, up through today, you have done Mr. Peterson’s public bidding to denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false and defamatory statements about Ms. Pete on your online platform, for no other reason than to bully, harass and punish Ms. Pete for Mr. Peterson’s conviction and to tarnish her reputation, causing emotional distress.”
Trouble for Milagro Gramz
However, Cooper will need to back up her allegations regarding a purported pornographic deepfake video of Megan and her claims about a missing gun from the shooting case. Yet, it’s worth noting that Cooper was merely relaying information from court documents regarding the whereabouts of the gun.
According to Spiro, the gun is still in the custody of the LAPD. He recently dismissed Lanez’s appeal efforts as “dead on arrival” and accused him of orchestrating a campaign of misinformation from behind bars.
The lawsuit outlines specific allegations, including the promotion of an altered sexual depiction, cyberstalking, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy, with the total damages to be determined at a jury trial.
