Man arrested for pleasuring himself to woman while sitting at a Handy Mart gas pump in Winterville

A resident of Ayden, North Carolina, identified as 34-year-old Torrey Alston, has been arrested following an incident in which a woman recorded him masturbating to her while sitting at a Handy Mart gas pump on Winterville Parkway in Winterville.

Alston was taken into custody last Thursday and subsequently charged with indecent exposure for deliberately exposing his genitals to the woman in the parking lot of Handy Mart, located at 4328 Winterville Parkway, as stated by police warrants.

In an interview with The North Carolina Beat on Friday, the victim recounted that she was at the Handy Mart on Thursday afternoon when Alston, a stranger to her, began “beating off to me while I’m sitting in my car minding my business!”

“I never even got out of the car, said the victim who requested to remain anonymous. “He pulled up beside me and was just staring into my car, going to town… a real sicko.”

The victim told us that she captured video evidence clearly depicting Alston‘snasty action. We viewed the video and Alston could be seen briefly turning his head away upon realizing he was being recorded, yet continued his behavior. While the video itself will not be shared to the public, we did capture photos from the video of him. 

Alston’s license plate number was able to bet captured before contacting law enforcement. He was subsequently arrested and released on a $1,000 bond a few hours later, as per information from the Pitt County Detention Center.
