Greenville TikToker Charged with Cyberstalking After Allegedly Harassing a Woman Online for Months, Court Records Show
GREENVILLE, N.C. – A whole creature out of Greenville, North Carolina has been charged for cyberstalking a woman.
According to Chowan County court records, Toriano Lajuane Arthur, 41 — who allegedly goes by Amoyli — was arrested on Saturday, February 7, nearly a YEAR after the alleged cyberstalking took place.

The alleged cyberstalking incident reportedly occurred on March 1, 2024, but warrants weren’t taken out until January 15 — and Arthur somehow managed to stay free until Saturday.
Court documents show the warrants were taken out by a woman named Izetta Wytta Howell. The warrants alleges that Arthur:
“Unlawfully and willfully did electronically communicate repeatedly for the purpose of abusing, annoying, harassing, and embarrassing” her.
Arthur was given a $1,000 secured bond and the court slapped him with a strict no-contact order, meaning he is legally barred from contacting Howell in any form.
Arthur’s next court date is set for February 17, 2026.
