Word on the curb… the demons are coming to spill the beans. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been sued again, this time accused of ‘gang raping’ a 17-year-old school girl when she was in the 11th grade, according to a new lawsuit.
We will most likely see more women come out against the Hip-Hop mogul, exposing his sinister ways from back in the days. This new lawsuit marks the fourth allegation of sexual assault against Combs in the past three weeks. He has already resolved one of these lawsuits with his former long-time partner and singer, Cassie.
The exact amount is unknown.
According to online reports, Combs wrote in a statement, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,” but it seems like the rapper didn’t take heed of those words when his alleged accusers spoke them in these alleged assaults.
“For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
She was only 17 years old when she was allegedly drugged and raped by Combs, Harve Pierre, and another unnamed man back in 2003.
In the lawsuit, Jane Doe included a photo of herself sitting on the lap of Sean Combs, who was 34 years old at the time. She alleged that the assault caused her “significant emotional distress and feels of shame that have plagued her life and personal relationships for 20 years.”

Jane Doe claims that at the time, she was in high school and went out with friends to a club in Detroit, Michigan in 2003. She said that was when she first met Pierre, the former president of Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment, who complimented her and said she was “hot” and that his “best friend” and “brother” Combs would love to meet her.
According to Doe, Pierre called Combs and put her on the phone with him. He told her that she should fly to New York City with Pierre. She said she agreed, but stated that Pierre, who had been smoking crack cocaine, forced her to perform oral sex on him before they boarded the flight to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey.
Once she landed, she stated that she was taken to Daddy’s House Recording Studio, which is owned by Combs and Bad Boy. She alleged that there were piles of drugs and alcohol provided by Combs, Pierre, and a third person who had flown with her and Pierre.
The lawsuit stated, “As the night wore on, the 17-year-old Ms. Doe became more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to having sex with anyone, much less someone twice her age.”
It is claimed that she was raped first in a bathroom at the studios by Combs, who removed her underwear and forced himself on her while she was hanging over a sink.
The lawsuit further stated that “Mr.” Combs then watched on as Third Assailant, who Ms. Doe had not even realized had begun to have sex with her, raped Ms. Doe as she told him to stop.”
“After Third Assailant was finished, Mr. Pierre took his turn at raping Ms. Doe and then violently forced her to give him oral sex, during which Ms. Doe was choking and struggling to breathe.” “When Mr. Pierre finished, he left Ms. Doe in the bathroom alone. Ms. Doe fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor. Her v****a was in pain.”
Doe said that she could barely stand up following the alleged gang rape and had to be assisted into a car, which transported her back to the airport. She said she has “limited” recollection of returning to Michigan.
“While the evening became a blur, Ms. Doe does recall Mr. Combs, Mr. Pierre and the Third Assailant hitting on her incessantly, stroking her body, asking to see her “a*s” and telling her how “hot” and “sexy” she was.
“Various other pictures were taken in the studio that night, leaving no doubt that Ms. Doe was in Mr. Combs’ New York City studio, with Mr. Combs, on the night she was raped.”’
The plaintiff is seeking financial compensation for the reported assault in the New York courts.
