Tiffany Andrews Scam? Gospel Artist & Her Shady Pastor Manager Refuse To Return Booking Funds

Gospel singer Tiffany Andrews involved in Tiffany Andrews scam over unreturned booking funds

The Tiffany Andrews scam is gaining attention after gospel artist Tiffany Andrews and her shady manager, Justin Cunningham—who claims to be a pastor in Texas—refuses to return funds to a woman who attempted to book Tiffany for her client’s private celebration in memory of his late mother.

Justin Cunningham, Tiffany Andrews’ manager and self-proclaimed pastor, is accused of orchestrating the Tiffany Andrews scam by taking funds and going silent.

But ever since the money was sent to Cunningham to book Tiffany, there has been nothing but excuse after excuse after excuse and disrespect by this so-called wannabe man of God, Justin.

Maria Boykin of Maria Boykin Productions told The North Carolina Beat that two years ago, one of her clients lost his mother and she booked Tiffany Andrews to perform at the funeral.

“EVERY YEAR SINCE THAT DATE MY CLIENT GATHER HIS FAMILY AROUND MOTHER’S DAY TO CELEBRATE THE MEMORY OF HIS MOTHER,” MARIA SAID. “THIS IS STILL A TOUCHING TIME.”

According to Maria, the same client asked her if she could book Tiffany again for a private backyard gathering with 10 people for a set amount. She said she reached out to Justin back in April, and they agreed on the price of $2,500. Maria would send $1,250 as the front end but kept $200, as she would be picking Tiffany up from the airport, driving her around, and taking her to Fayetteville the next day.

Once Tiffany arrived in North Carolina, she would receive her backend of $1,250—the remaining balance. Text messages provided to The North Carolina Beat, dated Friday, April 25, show Justin sending Maria his phone number for the Zelle payment.

Later that same day, Justin follows up about the Zelle, to which Maria sends proof that the payment had been sent.

Nearly two hours later, Justin responds, “Hey mama I got it…yes mama I have you down for May 10th at what time.” Ten days later, on May 5, 2025, Maria reaches back out to Justin for Tiffany’s date of birth so she can book the flight. But what happened was, instead of booking the flights, Maria said she provided Justin with her client’s debit card info—which he uses specifically for flights and hotels—to book Tiffany’s flight.

“HE CALLED ME AND SAID THEY WERE BOOKED…I CHECKED THE CARD AND NO MONEY CAME OFF THE CARD SO I KNEW IT WAS A COMPLETE LIE,” BOYKIN SAID.

In another text, Maria asked Justin to send over the arrival and departure times for Tiffany, followed by a screenshot of a flyer advertising that Tiffany would be performing at the “Breathe Again Concert” in Indiana on May 10—the same date she was supposed to be in Wake Forest for the private gathering for Maria’s client.

“What’s going on?? Please let me know. Because my client is going to be upset,” Boykin says in the text message.

On May 9, 2025, Maria told Justin that her client was requesting a full refund plus a full refund for flights, if any money had been spent. Justin texted back and said he had just gotten off the phone with “Tiff” and “she no longer want to come,” claiming that Tiffany felt “short-changed,” even though Justin is the one who set the price at $2,500 for this particular booking.

Justin also mentioned that Tiffany didn’t like that the client, at one point during the fiasco, mentioned he could’ve booked someone else instead of trying to get a deal with her and could have paid the full price. Closing out, Justin told Maria, “I’ll be sending your refund shortly.”

Fast forward to Thursday, May 15—Maria’s client still has not received their refund, even though Justin was provided with her client’s direct phone number to send the money back through Zelle, directly.

Later—Friday, May 9; Saturday, May 10; and Tuesday, May 13—Maria reached out to Justin for the refund, and he went ghost.

The North Carolina Beat reached out to Justin for a statement regarding the allegations of him and Tiffany scamming these people and he did not have one regarding the story.

It’s so sad that the so-called church folks out here trying to scam.
