Ervin Johnson’s Autopsy Reveals More Info

The truth has finally come to light in the heartbreaking case of 25-year-old Ervin “Ervianna” Johnson, whose body was discovered near Bermuda Bay in Columbus County earlier this year. According to newly released autopsy results from the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), Johnson was fatally shot one time in the back of the head.

Back in February, Johnson’s disappearance sparked concern when it was reported he left home without his phone, identification, or bank cards, as reported by Columbus County News.

At the time, the North Carolina SBI released a press statement saying Ervin Johnson was last seen on February 13 around 3 a.m., but new information from the autopsy report paints a different picture.

The report now states that Johnson was actually last seen alive by his mother on February 15 around 3 a.m., after returning home from a party. The report said she noticed her son standing by the front window, appearing to wait on someone. Moments later, he left.

A missing persons report was officially filed on February 16. Days later, on February 19, Ervin Johnson’s body was found during a second search near Bermuda Bay. That discovery came after the family received advice from a psychic, who told them his body was near water, according to WECT News. What’s alarming is that Johnson’s family had already searched that area once—and say his body was not there at that time.

Even more disturbing, a neighbor reported seeing flashlights and a suspicious vehicle in the area around 1 a.m. on February 19, the very morning Johnson’s body was located.
