A North Carolina man is behind bars — grinning ear to ear in his mugshot — after allegedly sexually assaulting his 3-year-old daughter, according to the Duplin County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say 28-year-old Robert Phillip Taylor, of Magnolia, was arrested after detectives received a chilling call from New Hanover County Department of Social Services on October 1. The agency reported that a 3-year-old girl disclosed her father had sexually assaulted her in Duplin County.
