Authorities are investigating the tragic discovery of a body in Tabor City believed to be that of 25-year-old Ervin Hakeem Johnson, also known as “Ervianna” and “Baydee,” who had been reported missing last week.
Johnson was last seen leaving home around 3 a.m. on February 13, 2025, without essential personal belongings such as a phone, ID, or bank cards. Family members became increasingly concerned due to Johnson’s attire at the time—gray shorts and a crop top—along with the absence of any means of communication or identification.
Johnson, was found Wednesday morning on Bermuda Bay Lane in Tabor City, according to Columbus County News.

The Columbus County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with the State Bureau of Investigation, is actively investigating the case. Officials have not released further details regarding the cause of death or potential suspects.
