Authorities in North Carolina are actively searching for 16-year-old Quamir Razor, who is accused of killing 20-year-old Sha’Mari Parker of Washington, a leukemia survivor. The tragic incident occurred on January 7, 2025, when Parker was found shot dead in his crashed car at the intersection of Bonner Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
First responders arrived at the scene around 6:29 p.m., initially responding to the crash. Upon arrival, officers discovered Parker’s lifeless body inside the vehicle.
Arrest Made, But Search for Razor Continues
One suspect, 17-year-old Zaydrian Starkie of Chocowinity, NC, is already in custody in connection with the case. However, the Washington Police Department continues to search for Razor, who remains at large.
$5,000 Reward
The Washington Police Department has announced a $5,000 reward for any information leading to Razor’s arrest. Authorities are urging anyone with knowledge of Razor’s whereabouts to come forward immediately.
