A tragic shooting on Tuesday night in Greensboro has left a community in shock and police searching for answers. Authorities say 32-year-old Celeste Ladisha Harris was shot in a parking lot on Adams Farm Parkway.

According to the Greensboro Police Department, officers responded to the 1400 block of Adams Farm Parkway around 11:00 p.m. after receiving reports of gunfire. When they arrived, they discovered Harris suffering from a gunshot wound in a parking lot. Life-saving measures were attempted but sadly, Harris was pronounced dead at the scene.
As of now, no suspect or motive has been publicly identified. The Greensboro Police Department says the case remains an active homicide investigation. Officials are urging anyone with knowledge about the shooting to come forward.
