A Raleigh man swerves into traffic in a terrifying moment that ended in a head-on collision and multiple felony charges. The crash, which injured four people, occurred after the man reportedly tried to end his own life and his wife’s during a heated domestic dispute.
According to authorities, 33-year-old Andersen Douglas Singleton was behind the wheel around 7 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2025, near the intersection of Rock Quarry Road and Fox Ridge Manor, when he intentionally crossed the center line and struck a Toyota Camry head-on.
Dashcam Video Shows Violent Impact
Dashcam footage captured by nearby driver Jorge Bravo shows the exact moment the Raleigh man swerves into traffic and collides with the oncoming vehicle. Bravo told reporters that Singleton confessed moments after the crash.
“He was telling me he was trying to kill himself and his wife because they were constantly fighting,” Bravo said in an interview with WRAL News.
Four Hospitalized in Wake County
Singleton, his wife, and two men in the Camry were all seriously injured and transported to WakeMed Hospital. Medical staff say all four are expected to recover.

Following his release from the hospital, Singleton was arrested and taken to the Wake County Detention Center, where he is being held without bond. His charges include:
