A disturbing video circulating on social media shows a sickening act allegedly involving students at Piedmont Middle School in Charlotte, leaving parents outraged and demanding answers.
The North Carolina Beat has been gathering facts surrounding the incident and has learned that it occurred outside of school hours during football practice. The video reportedly began circulating online Wednesday afternoon.
In the footage, a young male appears naked with only his shirt on and his underwear to his ankles, using his hands to cover himself.
“Bruh, chill,” the alleged victim can be heard saying.
Another student then responds,
“Hell nah, n***a.”
The alleged victim is seen lying on the floor while laughs and shouting could be heard.
During alleged assault, the victim said he was going to tell a coach.
The video shows the situation escalating as another student asks the victim why he’s covering his private area.
“Bruh, what if the coaches walk in… y’all better lock the doors,”
the victim says as another student walks over to lock the door.
A voice can then be heard demanding,
“Turn around,”
followed by the victim asking,
“Should I do it?”
Another student says,
“Don’t record, don’t record,”
to which the victim replies,
“No, he recording and s***.”
Moments later, the footage shows the victim on his stomach as another student, dressed in all black, forcibly opens the boy’s buttocks and begins humping him while fully clothed.
Other students can be heard ridiculing the victim about his private area size while laughing and recording the assault.
“Look at yo bh a*s getting fed, n***a,”
one of the kids says, adding that he planned to post the video on his social media account.
As the video continues, the victim begins screaming for help while the student in black remains on top of him.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) confirmed to reporters that it is investigating the alleged sexual assault.
Although no public report has been released yet, CMPD says there is “an ongoing active investigation.”
Because the incident involves minors, the department says “little information is available to the public.”
School District Responds
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) confirmed that parents were notified Wednesday about what officials referred to as an “alleged incident.”
In a message to families, Piedmont Middle School Principal Jackie Barone addressed the growing concerns and social media rumors:
“We are aware of a video and rumors circulating about an alleged incident on the campus yesterday. We are unable to share any details, but we are following all protocols and procedures,”
Barone wrote.
“We take the safety and well-being of our students very seriously.”

The suspect was likely sexually abused as well. Child rapists and predators are robbing these children of their lives and creating confused people who want to inflict pain on others, as it was done to them. It is sick and so so sad. We don’t know what was going on with the victim or what led him to say what he said, but if he said STOP and screamed-it is rape!! Kids see so much stuff online now, their brains aren’t developed enough to handle it!! I am so deeply saddened to hear about this and can’t stop being so sad for all involved and the things that these children have witnessed in childhood. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
This makes me sick to my stomach. All my kids went there years ago. We demand answers and I pray for the victim and his family. I’m so angry hearing this. My son just told me about it.
Why would the “victim” be telling them to lock the doors and asking if he should do it? Wouldn’t that be one of the suspects?? I’m confused here.

I totally agree. I think it was one of the suspects. All I know is if this was my child or grandchild I would be going to prison because somebody would pay and pay dearly. I have no connection with this child but my heart is so broken over this.
I agree this was given a turn shoulder, no cross walker,security, coach around after practice, no parents?? no abnormal sounds to anyone. And how cops near and didn’t Taz all black. This has too many gaps.. and now a young man steps away from suicide.. how can you face the world after this.. I know what it does to a pure man.. these rapest have bigger issues at home and internally and school has lack of protection..all kids involved need to eventually get the karma,and punishment they deserve.
