Cameron Harrison, a 26-year-old from Whitakers, North Carolina, has been charged with attempted murder for firing his gun in the parking lot of a nursing home in Wilson, North Carolina. He and his ex-girlfriend were arguing during the shooting.
A man from North Carolina, who did not want people to see into his eyes, has been charged with firing a single shot in the parking lot of Wilson Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wilson. According to the Wilson police, on Sunday evening, Cameron Harrison and his ex-girlfriend were outside of the nursing home arguing when Harrison pulled out a gun and fired a single round.

After firing a single round, prompting the nursing home and a nearby medical center to go on lockdown, police said Harrison fled the scene in his ex-girlfriend’s car. Deputies in Nash County later found Harrison hiding at his home on Nick Coley Road in Whitakers shortly thereafter.
He was taken into custody shortly before 11 p.m. He is charged with attempted murder, grand theft of a motor vehicle, and arson of personal property, all felonies.
