North Carolina father and daughter on felony incest charges after shocking warrants surface.
A North Carolina man and his daughter have both been charged with incest.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, 50-year-old Clyde Lee Stone and his 18-year-old daughter Emily Lee Stone are facing felony incest charges after warrants revealed the two were sexually involved with each other.
“Unlawfully, Willfully, and Feloniously…”
Court documents obtained by The North Carolina Beat show that on June 3, 2025, Clyde Stone “unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously did have carnal intercourse with Emily Stone who is the defendant’s child.”
Clyde was arrested on August 8, 2025 and is currently sitting in jail on a $35,000 bond.
His daughter, Emily Lee Stone, has also been charged for her role in this disturbing case. Warrants against her read she “unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously did have carnal intercourse with Clyde Stone who is the defendant’s parent.”
Emily is currently being held at the Lee County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
