North Carolina Mass Shooter Nigel Max Edge Had Accused U.S. Govt of Treason in Wild Court Filings

Nigel Max Edge, a man now facing multiple felony charges for a mass shooting in Southport, North Carolina, had filed explosive court documents in state and federal court alleging a disturbing conspiracy that he says goes all the way to the top.

Southport mass shooting suspect Nigel Max Edge claims he was trafficked, tortured, and used as a military pawn in a government-led pedophile conspiracy.

According to documents Edge posted on Facebook and submitted to the North Carolina Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, claims the U.S. government, law enforcement, and medical professionals were all part of a “civil conspiracy” targeting him as a veteran and citizen.

Edge, who claims to be a survivor of human trafficking and military betrayal, says he was manipulated, coded, and tortured using a system he calls the “LGBQT code” — an alleged secret language he believes is tied to pedophilia, military espionage, and white supremacist treason.

He alleges that Novant Health, Dr. Tighe, and a woman named Theressa Long are all connected to what he describes as a military-engineered plot to poison, traffic, and exploit him — all while falsifying his medical records and using coded language to cover it up.

He claims that his entire life was manipulated for a covert mission he didn’t agree to. His court papers go as far as saying his service animal was poisoned, his rights stripped, and that he was filmed without consent as a child, all as part of a system that benefits what he repeatedly calls “white supremacist LGBQT pedophiles.”

In his petition for writ of certiorari filed with the North Carolina Supreme Court, Edge says the courts dismissed his previous case without just cause and ignored crucial evidence.

Edge didn’t stop there. He also filed a federal lawsuit in the Eastern District of North Carolina under Case No. 7:25-CV-598-D, titled “Opposition to Dismiss: TREASON.”

The defendants in the suit include the United States of America, Oak Island Police Department, Clarkstown Police, Brunswick County Sheriff’s Department, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the FBI-linked Hope for the Warriors organization.

In his handwritten additions to the filing, Edge accuses “Cooperating Authorities” of helping to cover up crimes that he says equate to genocide and betrayal of American citizens. He alleges he was used as a “drug mule,” referencing a 2006 Journal News article he believes was secretly coded with threats and messages tied to a plot against him.

Edge repeatedly uses phrases like “CID (I see pee),” “CIA (I see ya),” and claims that media headlines, military orders, and even his Social Security number were part of a deeper pattern of coded language.

According to him, he only realized what was happening after applying a mental “translation” to the events of his life — a process he refers to as decoding “LGBQT code.” He claims this code reveals treasonous intentions hidden behind actions that once appeared innocent, like military service, hospital visits, or news reports.

He also says his identity was tied to a larger military deception, claiming that authorities desecrated the body of a soldier and used it to transport drugs. He refers to this as a “white supremacist pedophile ringleader” plot designed to use servicemen as pawns in an engineered illusion of war.

He names a figure he calls “Agent Mandall/Al Jamadi,” who he accuses of betraying the military oath and intentionally orchestrating torture and execution of American troops during the Iraq War.

In one of the most dramatic parts of his filings, Nigel writes that he is a survivor of a system that was designed to eliminate him. He says his continued survival proves that the “illusion of terrorism” was nothing more than state-sponsored murder masked as patriotism.

He claims the 9/11 attacks were part of a broader plan to exploit Iraqi civilians and mislead the American public. He accuses the justice system of being complicit, judges of being corrupted, and society at large of turning a blind eye. Despite all this, Nigel repeatedly says he is not insane — but rather one of the few people who “survived long enough to decode the truth.”

The documents are spreading fast across Facebook and social media. Given the violent charges Edge is currently facing in a separate criminal case — for a mass shooting at the American Fish Company that killed three people — many are wondering if these court records may play a role in understanding his mental state.
