The political block is HOT in North Carolina after Democratic State Rep. Julie von Haefen found herself in the middle of a firestorm for reposting a protest video featuring a sign of Donald Trump’s decapitated head with the words: “Some cuts may be necessary.”
It all went down June 14, 2025, during the “No Kings” protest at Bicentennial Plaza in Raleigh — but it’s the blood-soaked symbolism in her now-deleted video that has Republicans LOSING IT.
GOP SNAPPING BACK
The Wake County GOP wasted no time calling the image “political violence,” demanding her immediate RESIGNATION.
HER RESPONSE?
Von Haefen said the image was “inappropriate” and later edited the post, but by that point, everyone had already seen the drama.
