A viral moment of pure chaos erupted inside Miracle Center Ministries Friday night after a man stormed the sanctuary and ran up on the drummer in the middle of a church service—during the pastor’s 34th pastoral anniversary celebration.

The drama went down at Miracle Center Ministries on 528 E. Main Street, with longtime pastor Walton S. Hagins being honored for his over three decades of leadership.

A Church Service Gone Wild
A now-viral video shows a man wearing black with gray pants walking to the front while a guest speaker is mid-sermon. Just moments later, he swings on the drummer—who’s wearing a white shirt—sparking pandemonium in the house of the Lord.
One church member, seemingly a part of MCM, immediately grabs the man and takes him to the ground. But that didn’t stop the energy—because the drummer tried to retaliate by picking up a cymbal stand and going after the man before another churchgoer blocks the swing.

The man in black shirt then starts shouting to meet the drummer outside, while the drummer is rushed out the back for safety. One church lady can be heard in the video saying, “I got something in my car for him,” clearly ready to defend the musician.

What Was It All About?
No word yet on if charges will be filed or if the church will respond publicly to the viral moment.
