So, apparently, ‘Big Foot’ aka Megan Thee Stallion, whose real name is Megan Pete, is facing a lawsuit from her former camera man. This dude, Emilio Garcia, claims that the henny bottle rapper made him watch her get down and dirty with another lady.
According to NBC News, Garcia filed his lawsuit in LA Tuesday, alleging that Megan trapped him in a moving vehicle in a foreign land while she got frisky with someone else.
Now, Garcia is not having this ‘Hot Girl Summer’ vibe and is suing Megan for harassment and creating a toxic work environment. He spilled to the courts that after the whole ordeal, he was warned to keep his lips sealed and was treated poorly by Megan.
Garcia couldn’t take it anymore, stating that the harassment was off the charts and made his work conditions unbearable.

Back in 2018, Garcia kicked off his career as a cameraman for the one and only Megan Thee Stallion. By 2019, he was so captivated by the gig that he bid farewell to his mundane job and decided to dive headfirst into the world of capturing moments with Megan. According to his complaint, he was let go by Megan in June 2023.

A Trip to Ibiza, Spain
In the legal claim, it was stated that in June 2022, Garcia recounted a wild escapade in Ibiza, Spain, where he found himself in a SUV with Megan and three other women after a night of revelry. To his surprise, Megan and one of the women decided to engage in lesbian sex right beside him as the vehicle cruised along.
“I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just be the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me,” Garcia told NBC News in an interview.
The following day, Garcia recounted how Megan inquired about his presence in the car the previous night, only to be met with a stern warning from the Grammy award-winning rapper: “Don’t ever discuss what you saw,” as detailed in the lawsuit.
During the journey, he described Megan hurling derogatory remarks at him regarding his size, labeling him a “fat b***h” and instructing him to “spit your food out” and “you don’t need to be eating.”
“To hear someone who advocates about loving your body tell me these things,” Garcia said in the interview with NBC, “I felt degraded.”

Upon his return to the US, Garcia lamented in his complaint that his payment method had shifted from a steady monthly rate to a task-based system, necessitating him to meticulously submit invoices for each job. Despite being expected to deliver the same level of service, he felt a shift in treatment post-Ibiza escapade, witnessing a decline in the number of gigs Megan assigned him.

Feeling suffocated by Megan’s clinginess and inadequate compensation for his time, Garcia contemplated throwing in the towel. However, he soldiered on for a June 2023 assignment, only to be blindsided the night before when Roc Nation abruptly informed him that Megan no longer required his services.

In his complaint, Garcia detailed a relentless onslaught of sexual and fat-shaming remarks that left him in deep emotional turmoil during his time working for Megan Thee Stallion. These hurtful comments not only impacted his earnings and job prospects but also led to physical injuries, sickness, and emotional suffering.
Throughout his employment with the artist, Garcia lacked essential insurance coverage, leaving him unable to access necessary medical treatment. As a result, he now battles increasing anxiety, depression, and physical ailments due to the toxic atmosphere he endured, as outlined in the lawsuit.

Ron Zambrano, representing Garcia, insists that Megan must pony up the cash and take responsibility for her inappropriate behavior of sexual harassment and body shaming.
“Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat shaming conduct,” Ron Zambrano, an attorney for Garcia, said in a statement to NBC News. “Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman. ‘Inappropriate’ is putting it lightly. Exposing this behavior to employees is definitely illegal.”
Garcia’s legal claim delves into alleged violations related to his employment status and compensation, focusing on his classification as an independent contractor.
According to the lawsuit, Megan allegedly restricted him from seeking work elsewhere, and he was reportedly denied overtime pay and breaks.
Being mislabeled as an independent contractor left him without vital insurance coverage, depriving him of necessary healthcare, as stated in the suit.
In an interview with NBC News, Garcia expressed his pursuit of a six-figure sum.
