Maryland man, 44-year-old Tshikundi Taty went to extreme lengths—wearing wigs and disguises—to secretly film women inside Maryland gym locker rooms before getting caught in the act.
According to Montgomery County Police, Tshikundi Taty has been charged with multiple peeping tom and related offenses after investigators say he disguised himself as a woman to record unsuspecting women in bathrooms across Maryland gyms.
Maryland Man Arrested
On October 10, a woman at OneLife Fitness Club in Germantown, Maryland, told police that someone had walked into the women’s locker room and recorded her while she was in the shower.

Detectives say the suspect — later identified as Taty — wore a full disguise to pass as a woman and access the area undetected. After recording women, police say he would remove the disguise and leave like nothing happened.
Police say officers tracked Taty’s movements and followed him to a Planet Fitness in White Oak, Maryland. When they entered the gym, they reportedly found him in the women’s locker room — once again disguised as a woman.
That’s when they arrested him on the spot.
Authorities say Taty has been charged with multiple counts of peeping tom and other related crimes. Police believe there may be additional victims and are encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
