A heated situation popped off at Charlotte Douglas International Airport when a fired employee allegedly returned strapped and ready for revenge.

Isaiah Williams, 26, who had just been let go from his job at Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, showed up four days later — to return equipment and to reportedly confront the supervisor who fired him… and he wasn’t empty-handed.

According to police, Williams came back to the second-floor rental car garage on Wednesday, June 11, under the pretense of returning his badge and company property. But witnesses say his energy was off — and the moment he asked where his ex-boss was, they knew something wasn’t right.

Isaiah Williams, 26, was arrested after returning to Charlotte Douglas Airport with a gun and threatening his former boss following his termination.

That’s when he allegedly flashed a handgun from his waistband and said:

“I got my .40 ready for him.”

Fortunately, the supervisor wasn’t onsite at the time. Two employees alerted another supervisor, who immediately called 911. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police arrived and arrested Isaiah Williams without incident.
