GOLDSBORO, NC — A Goldsboro man is locked up with no bond after police say a disturbing investigation uncovered multiple victims — including children.
According to Goldsboro police, 21-year-old Demias Ashuan Williams-Turnage was arrested Friday following reports that surfaced earlier this week accusing him of sexually assaulting a child.
Investigators say the allegations date back to Monday, August 11, 2025, and quickly escalated as detectives dug deeper. Police say their investigation revealed multiple alleged victims, including two juveniles and an 18-year-old, leading to a mountain of charges — 16 in total.
Williams-Turnage is now facing some of the most serious sex-related charges under North Carolina law, including:
- Statutory sexual offense with a child under 15
- First-degree kidnapping
- Two counts of indecent liberties with a child
- Soliciting a child by computer
- Soliciting a child by computer / appearing
- Solicitation of crimes against nature
- Crimes against nature
- First-degree sexual exploitation of a minor
- Third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor
- Aggravated sexual extortion
- Two counts of disseminating obscenities
- Three counts of sexual battery
Authorities say Williams-Turnage is currently being held without bond, and the case is far from over.
Police stress that the investigation is still ongoing, and additional information — or charges — could be announced as detectives continue to review evidence and speak with potential victims.
