According to the New York Post, the situation escalated when the passenger—who was flying from RDU to Boston—was unexpectedly slapped with a $25 check-in fee for not checking in at least an hour before the flight. Despite agreeing to pay the fee, the Frontier Airlines employees still refused to let the man check in. Instead, they chose to film him, argue, and cackle like it was open mic night at the airport.
The Frontier Airlines employees fired from the incident were actually workers for a third-party contractor. In a statement, the airline distanced itself from the debacle, saying, “The employees, who work for a third-party contractor, are no longer associated with the Frontier account.”

Frontier has the worse customer service of any airline. They over charge you and no one knows anything. I have a Frontier credit card and they still charged me for luggage. I would love for a Frontier Representative to contact me.
And YOU thought you were going to be able to clock in for work the next day, AND YOU thought you were going to clock in for work the next day…….repeat that as many times as you repeated that he thought he was going to get on his flight!
