FBI records detail allegations involving Donald Trump in newly released Epstein files, including witness statements collected during the federal investigation.
Federal investigative records connected to the Jeffrey Epstein case contain disturbing allegations from a woman who told FBI agents she had sexual contact with Donald Trump when she was a minor, according to interview reports obtained from the investigation and released by the DOJ Thursday as the Epstein investigation intensifies.
The documents are FBI FD-302 interview summaries from 2019, created during the federal investigation into Epstein’s sex trafficking network. The records document multiple interviews with a woman whose identity is protected in the files.

According to the reports, the woman described years of sexual abuse involving Epstein and other men she said were connected to him. The documents also include her allegations regarding a meeting with Trump when she was between 13 and 15 years old.
Victim Describes Alleged Encounter With Trump
During one interview with investigators, the woman told agents that Epstein once took her off the island where she lived and brought her to New York or New Jersey, where she was introduced to a wealthy man.
“That was Donald Trump,” she told investigators, according to the FBI report.
She told agents the meeting took place in a tall building where Epstein and Trump were present along with other individuals. According to the report, the other people eventually left the room after Trump asked them to.
The woman alleged that Trump then made a disturbing comment.
“Let me teach you how little girls are supposed to be,” she recalled Trump saying before allegedly forcing her head toward his penis.

According to her account in the FBI interview, she bit him in response.
“I bit the shit out of it,” she told investigators, adding that Trump then struck her and ordered others to remove her from the room.
The report states the alleged victim said Trump appeared angry and shouted words to the effect of:
“Get this little b***h the hell out of here.”
Allegations of Physical Assault
The woman later told investigators that during the incident Trump allegedly pulled her hair and punched her on the side of her head after she bit him.
The FBI documents say the alleged contact occurred while she was still a minor and that Epstein facilitated the meeting.
The woman also told investigators that she experienced years of threats and intimidation after the alleged abuse. According to the report, she received numerous anonymous calls telling her to stay quiet.
One caller allegedly said:
“F*** you. You better keep your mouth closed.”
She told investigators she believed the threats were connected to Epstein or people associated with him, although she acknowledged the callers never explicitly identified themselves.
The woman also described several incidents where she believed vehicles tried to run her off the road in what she described as possible intimidation attempts.
Epstein’s Alleged Abuse
The FBI interviews also contain detailed allegations about Epstein himself.

The woman told investigators she had between six and twenty sexual encounters with Epstein, some of which involved drugs or alcohol.
She alleged Epstein took explicit photographs of her during sexual activity and used those images as part of a broader pattern of manipulation and blackmail involving her family.

According to the report, Epstein blackmailed her mother with explicit photos, which she said ultimately led to her mother committing financial crimes to try to repay him.
FBI Interviews Conducted Decades Later
In later interviews with investigators, the woman questioned whether speaking out would lead to any accountability because so much time had passed.
During a 2019 interview, she reportedly asked agents:
“What’s the point?”
Investigators told her that victims should still have the opportunity to tell their story even if criminal statutes may have expired.
The interview ended after agents encouraged her to take time to consider whether she wanted to provide additional details about the alleged interactions involving Trump.
No Charges Filed Related to These Allegations
The FBI interview reports summarize statements made by the alleged victim but do not contain conclusions about whether the allegations were proven.
The documents themselves also note that FBI FD-302 forms “contain neither recommendations nor conclusions of the FBI.”

As of now, there have been no criminal charges filed against Donald Trump related to the allegations described in these interview summaries.
Jeffrey Epstein, who was facing federal sex trafficking charges involving underage girls, died in federal custody in 2019 while awaiting trial.
Trump was in office as the President at the time.
The release of the Epstein investigation documents has also drawn intense scrutiny toward U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, who has faced criticism from lawmakers and watchdog groups over how the records were handled before they became public.
When Bondi first took office in 2025, she said the Justice Department was reviewing Epstein-related evidence and told reporters that information tied to the case was “sitting on my desk right now to review.”
However, when the Justice Department initially released a batch of Epstein records in February 2025, the documents were heavily redacted and contained little new information, sparking backlash from both Democrats and Republicans who accused the department of withholding key material.
Lawmakers from both parties later warned Bondi not to “bury” the records after Congress passed theEpstein Files Transparency Act, a law requiring the government to release unclassified investigative materials tied to Epstein and his associates.
Despite the law’s deadline, the Justice Department continued to delay or redact large portions of the evidence. Senate leaders even threatened legal action against the DOJ for failing to fully comply with the disclosure requirements.
Bondi has defended the delays, saying many files contain victim identities, sealed grand jury evidence, or explicit child exploitation material that cannot legally be released to the public.

Still, the controversy intensified when reports surfaced that Bondi had previously been informed that President Donald Trump appeared multiple times in the Epstein investigative records. Officials described those references as unverified allegations or witness statements, not criminal findings.
